Reddynote offers you an effortless task organisation through a flexible system based on folders and tabs. While the folders refer to your tasks' time distribution, the tabs classify the tasks by context.
Tabs
You can create tabs such as "Office", "Private" or "Tennis Club". You can create, name, rename and sort these tabs according to your needs and wishes. You can assign one or multiple tags to a tab. If you activate a tab, you will be presented only with the tasks referring to the particular tab.
Folders
The purpose of the folder "Inbox" is to collect all tasks that you have to work on. Therefore, it is advisable that you work through this folder with all your gathered objectives, projects, duties, activities and plans once a day. Decide task by task whether you would like to dismiss, delegate or accomplish a certain task.
You can sort all your tasks that are to be accomplished and put them in one of the three main folders. Using "Drag & Drop", you can move in the folder "Today" all these tasks that you want to deal with immediately. You should shift all other tasks to the folder called "Next", unless there are tasks you would like to leave for later. In this case you should use the folder "Postponed".
The folder "All" gives you an overview of all tasks. Here you can also find tasks, which friends or colleagues of yours have shared with you.
In the Archive you can find all completed tasks. You can browse the archive and let the contents be displayed at any time by using Reddynote's tools for searching and filtering.
