Reddynote is based on the free tagging of contents. Therefore, if you would like to use Reddynote efficiently, you should assign your tasks to certain content through a tag (keyword). Examples for tags could be "Private", "Office" or "Delegate". It is very useful to employ keywords, which describe the resources required for performing a task, such as "Telephone" or "Computer". Using the expected degree of effort for a task could be also very helpful when using it as a tag name, for instance "low" or "high".
The tags you have assigned to tasks are visualised in the form of a Tag Cloud (a word cloud).
Multiple tags can be bundled, so that particular contexts can be grouped together.
You can browse and filter tasks, if you click in the Tag Cloud.
You can reset the filter and show all tasks when you click on "None" on the page bar.
Reddynote offers two ways of filtering. If the filtering method "Any" is active, all tasks assigned to at least one of the searched tags will be displayed. Otherwise, the filtering method "All" will result in displaying only those tasks, which have been assigned to all activated tags simultaneously.
Using the search function you can browse the tasks' contents. If you select tags in the Tag Cloud at the same time, you can narrow your search down to tasks with certain tags and thus make your search more efficent.
